Client-Commissioned Work
Creative and production engagements are contracted and delivered by Envision Media. The rights in finished deliverables are allocated in the written agreement for each engagement. Where an agreement grants a client usage rights to a finished video or campaign, those rights are limited to the scope, media, and term stated in that agreement; underlying concepts, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials remain ours.
